As a Lake Asbury resident, REALTOR®, and former builder, I bring over 20 years of experience in construction, and sales, along with 18 + in Florida real estate — giving my clients a level of insight that most agents simply can’t offer.

Built from the Ground Up
Growing up in the Midwest, I learned the value of hard work early. My brother and I spent countless hours in our dad’s workshop learning everything from woodworking and welding to machining. If something could be built or fixed, I wanted to figure out how.
By the time I was 14, I had already started my first business — buying, repairing, and reselling anything from bikes to stereos. Every job had to be perfect or it wasn’t good enough. That mindset has guided me my entire career.
While attending the University of Toledo for Psychology, I launched a construction business to pay for tuition and later earned my real estate education at Stautzenberger College.
When I say I know homes inside and out — I mean it.

After years of running my own construction company, I transitioned into real estate full-time when I moved to Florida. I know what it’s like to build from the trenches and what it feels like to start over —
that’s why I take my clients’ investments personally.
When the housing market crashed, I saw an opportunity to help families avoid foreclosure through short sales and loan modifications.
I also worked directly with banks and investors to sell REO and commercial properties, giving me insight into how lenders, builders, and buyers think — experience I now use to my clients’ advantage.

When I relocated to Northeast Florida, I fell in love with Clay County’s natural beauty, waterfront lifestyle, and sense of community.
I built my real estate brand from scratch here — first becoming known as “Mr. Oakleaf” for my marketing presence in Oakleaf Plantation, then expanding across Clay County, St. Johns County, Ponte Vedra Beach, and the greater Jacksonville area.
