Lake Asbury Condos? Not Yet!
If you are looking for a condo instead of a single family home in Lake Asbury they do not exist YET. With the future expansion to Clay County there will be some multi family living. We are not sure when this may happen, but I do think it will happen in the next few years. There will not likely ever be condos on the Lake Side of Lake Asbury.
